Adam Charlton
—Founder & Creative Director

Having begun his career at a well-known agency in Hong Kong specialising in F&B branding, he founded BrandCraft to bring a critical and personal touch to the branding and visual identities in the region.

Adam’s work has been exhibited at Victoria & Albert Museum of Art and Design and London Design week. Adam holds a Master’s Degree in the Critical Practice of Design from Goldsmiths University of London. Adam regularly writes about the process of design and the brand landscape of Hong Kong.

Gregor Vand
—Founder & Business Director

Having worked in New York on the business side of the fashion industry with clients such as Burberry and Conde Nast, Gregor founded BrandCraft with Adam as its business and digital director.

He holds a MA in Business & Law from Edinburgh University (Scotland), and is also a director of Pixelcabin, an e-commerce software development company who work with clients such as Vera Wang and Net-a-Porter.
